BIOGRAPHY

Hi, I'm Felicia, I'm delighted to greet you! ...

If you have arrived here it is because someone has told you about me or seen a video of me circulating on the networks; Either way I am very happy that you are here!

I introduce myself:

I am an "obsessive-healthy" in exploring human psychology and in promoting healthy mental and emotional habits, I also believe that it is possible to create healthy companies with healthy and happy people.

I am passionate about supporting them to transform their lives to live it fully, call me utopian but I believe it is possible

I love adapting and creating projects, working on what I like the most; trainer, coach and lecturer, supporting others to enhance the best of themselves.

A journey that I started more than 20 years ago (I created a people development project called “Being In Motion” with which I continue)

IN summary, I declare myself a tireless explorer of human psychology, an entrepreneur, and a committed optimist (by choice).

I love traveling and discovering new cultures I lived in London for more than 8 years, from there to Madrid, a city where I have been for a few years as well and a city that continues to make me fall in love ...

I love my profession which I call vocation, in fact I invented for my life the verb “vocation” instead of “work”

I would love life to be more ... - I call - You call - He / she calls ... Etc.

I share with you this phrase that captivates me

"HAVE THE HUMILITY TO SHINE" ...

… It is to give back to life what he has given us, our talents, our capacities, I believe that it is the greatest act of generosity and our greatest responsibility.

Do you join the art of shining?

If you are still curious to know more

First professional trained to teach NLP in Spain by John Grinder.

I would love to accompany you to explore together the process you are in. My life has been a continuous discovery that has taken me on a fascinating (sometimes hard) journey that never ends and gradually raises my level of consciousness. I have experienced that process in the first person.

From a very young age I remember having an insatiable curiosity to discover what motivated us, what united us, what differentiated us, what made us wonderfully compatible or, on the contrary, incompatible, I observed myself and observed what made us better people or in the worst version of oneself and it all started like this….

From a very young age I knew how ephemeral life is when I lost my grandparents when I was 5 years old, shortly afterwards my mother and my sisters suffered a serious accident on the road for which they were hospitalized. I was in the car behind and witnessed everything that happened.

and then I lost my father at 7 years old. That was traumatic for me. In a way, it made me aware that those stories that we usually believe only happen to others could also happen to me, that the people I loved the most could disappear overnight, that life is vulnerable and that we all are too.

Now, from the perspective of time, I understand that those experiences at such a young age planted the roots within me of the search that I would undertake over the years. It was the seed that would later germinate.

... and meanwhile, art accompanied me from a very young age, perhaps as a way of expressing what I did not know how to do through words. rhythmic gymnastics, dance and a whole world of performing arts to explore occupied a basic place in my development.

FIRST PAPER

And during those years, towards my 17 I fell in love, with that intensity with which we live life without knowing how to live it and that way of loving without knowing how to do it, full of desire and inexperience. That meant losing myself to win the love of another, it was my first great love story, a story that lasted five years and when it ended, it caused a rupture within me. I felt that the world in which I lived was disappearing and the internal revolution was such that I decided to make a radical change.

I wanted to start over, in a new place, with new people and do new things. Reinvent myself to start over. With this idea I packed my suitcase, filled it with clothes and experiences, with fears and uncertainty, but also with hopes. I felt that starting from scratch would give me the opportunities I wanted to find my own space. So with them I went to London.

But starting over implies a whole process of change and adaptation, living each day with an overwhelming intensity because each moment, each episode, was a new experience. It was a time of very positive experiences and others not so much, such as the car accident that I had and that served as a trigger for that revolution that had already been brewing within me and that ended up manifesting itself with panic attacks.

They got to be six a day, they were moments in which I was paralyzed in the place where I was, moments in which I felt that I could not literally take a step, that life was taking me ahead and I did not know or understand what I was it happened.

I felt that my life had ceased to be mine, that I had completely lost control.

MY AWAKENING

And it was from this experience that I began to dive inside myself to find myself. I started exploring here and there in a city full of possibilities like London, and that made me discover that I was and is possible to become the maker and author of my own life, which I wanted to have. More than 20 years of that.

I dedicated myself to studying on my own everything related to personal development, I became a devourer of courses, I explored in all the places I could, and I was the guinea pig of all that search from the inside out, applying, practicing and observing what results I obtained.

It was a process similar to that of a skin change.

I discarded the old skin, that of the old thoughts, beliefs and values and I created a new one with everything I was learning. I realized that this was not a one-off transformation or a temporary change in habit. It was a way of living, a development that never ends because it means going through continuous changes, those that make up everyone's life, and learning to manage them.

In a natural way I was applying all the knowledge that I acquired in my work at that time as a dancer, director and teacher. What worked for me in the rehearsals he did with me, he used later in the development of my professional and social skills.

It was as a result of all that process, of verifying that the techniques were effective, that I decided to invest in my training to make the leap to professional coaching, I looked for and did different academic studies and I prepared myself with the best in the NLP sector and coaching.

Since then I have dedicated myself to developing dynamics to teach others how to raise their levels of consciousness, stimulate them to seek the best version of themselves and thus access the internal power that we all carry within.

I have created a methodology with the necessary processes to ensure that each one is responsible for their life and ultimately, more coherent and happy.

That is the reason for Being in Motion and why you are reading this page today.

If you are looking for a change I can accompany you.

Our services are of high impact because the participants learn concepts from practice and that makes them anchor in their memories; while they enjoy themselves, they see themselves reflected in the examples that we show them and they identify with them. The result is that they do not forget what they have learned.
